Warranty for the Original Owner (1-Year Period)
Just a friendly reminder: If you keep your flyer clean and free of fiber and debris, it should never need to be disassembled.
Non-Catastrophic Repairs: For any minor issues, please return the unit to us, and we will take care of it. You will only need to cover the cost of shipping. An example of a non-catastrophic repair is if the unit was dropped, became jammed, or if the tube was bent. Don't worry, just send us a picture, and we will provide instructions on how to send it to us. We’ll handle the rest. You will be charged the USPS priority rate for return shipping.
Catastrophic Damage: If the unit is broken due to an accident, we will still rebuild it for the original owner. You will need to pay for the parts needed plus shipping costs. For instance, if a child sneaks into your craft room and causes damage, like loading up the worm tube with bubble gum, we can fix it. Catastrophic damage is limited to 50% of the unit's parts being still in good working order. If you have any questions, please send us a picture or short video for evaluation.
Please note that your warranty will be void if the unit has been disassembled or oiled in or around the worm gear tube area.

Return Shipping Instructions for Repairs.
Please do not return Items to us without contacting LWS LLC before doing so at (info@myautowinder.com). All returned items are routed to our warranty area for expedited processing. Items sent not following these instructions will not be routed in this manner and will be delayed.
- Contact LWS to notify of possible return.
- We will notify our warranty department of incoming item.
- Box the flyer only without batteries in a small box packed tightly with newspaper. Do not include any tools, documents or the wood box.
- In the box you must include a brief description of the issue along with your name and return address.
- Following these steps your package will be under 2lbs.
- Mail your package accordingly, We will take care of the rest and notify you when your item is ready for return. Warranty items, when we do have them are processed to be in and out as quickly as possible.
- LWS LLC will not pay for shipping for service or damaged flyers 15 day after delivery.
- LWS LLC will invoice for USPS domestic, UPS for international return shipping when service is complete
Return for refund.
Please do not return Items to us without contacting LWS LLC before doing so at (info@myautowinder.com). Before you return your item please make sure all items are in the same condition as they were when you received them. All items broken or missing will be deducted accordingly. Any flier that has been disassembled will not be refunded and will be returned in the same manner it was received. (Please do not disassemble your flyer, it will void your warranty and purchase agreement) Your will have one week (7 days) to return your item after you receive it monitored by tracking number. Any returns outside those 7 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We do not resale any returned items therefore all returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. However we do save those items to be given away along with inhouse manufacturing training units to those in need and may not have the means to take part in our craft.

We will work in very way to make sure you're excited and happy about your purchase. All items are made just for you. In order to keep our prices low we do not carry large amounts inventory, this in turn helps us keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to our customers.
