Once your order is places please use these instructions to ship your flyer to be updated.
Return Instructions
Please return only your Autowinder for repair.
Before Shipping:
- Remove the batteries.
- Pack the unit securely in a sturdy box with ample padding (e.g., newspaper or bubble wrap) to prevent movement during transit. We are not responsible for damage due to improper packaging.
Include a Note with:
- Your name, address, email, and phone number
- A brief description for service
Repair Process:
- Repairs typically take 1–3 days.
- If applicable, you will receive an invoice for the repair.
- Return shipping costs will also be invoiced.
