Orders shipped outside the United States

 

We will no longer ship international orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) due to extended delivery times and poor tracking support. All orders outside the US will be shipped by UPS only. For Domestic shipping, we have had no issues with USPS and will continue to ship domestically using USPS.

 

It’s important for buyers to be aware of these details when purchasing from Level Wind Systems LLC if they are located outside of the United States.

 

• Buyers are responsible for all customs and import fees.
• Buyers should do their due diligence to calculate any custom fees they would owe upon receiving their order.
• Purchases are made in US dollars, and the exchange rate may affect the calculation of custom or import fees.
  
• Please be aware we are not responsible for customs delays. Customs clearance is a process that can vary in duration and is subject to the regulations and procedures of the destination country. Any delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
• Please consider our Distributors when ordering outside the US. Please see our distributors page on the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Due to demand some products may take 7-14 business days to ship. We work hard to ship orders as fast as we can:) Shipping carrier delivery times need to be added. When your order ships you will receive a tracking notice that will include a tracking number. Delivered to the email address provided when placing your order:)
