Autowinder Cleaning and Service

If your Autowinder needs cleaning, we welcome you to send it in for service. Before you do, we recommend trying our simple step-by-step cleaning video first—it takes about 10 minutes and makes an excellent quarterly maintenance routine for production spinners. It is a lot easier than you think and you have the tools supplied in your tool kit. See link below.

Note: If your flyer does not have the Autowinder V2 logo on the worm tube, consider purchasing the Autowinder V2 update instead—it includes both cleaning and service, offering better long-term value.

Update lead-time is 2-3 days

Once your order is places please use these instructions to ship your flyer to be updated.

Return Instructions

Please return only your Autowinder for repair.

Before Shipping:

1. Remove the batteries.
2. Pack the unit securely in a sturdy box with ample padding (e.g., newspaper or bubble wrap) to prevent movement during transit. We are not responsible for damage due to improper packaging.

Include a Note with:

• Your name, address, email, and phone number
• A brief description for service

Repair Process:

• Repairs typically take 1–3 days.
• If applicable, you will receive an invoice for the repair.
• Return shipping and packaging costs will also be invoiced.
