Autowinder V2 Update

Update your legacy motor and drive to a new LWS manufactured V2 motor and drive.

All new and updated flyers will have a AutoWinder V2 label on the worm drive tube. 

Update lead-time is 2-3 days

Once your order is places please use these instructions to ship your flyer to be updated.

Return Instructions

Please return only your Autowinder for repair.

Before Shipping:

1. Remove the batteries.
2. Pack the unit securely in a sturdy box with ample padding (e.g., newspaper or bubble wrap) to prevent movement during transit. We are not responsible for damage due to improper packaging.

Include a Note with:

• Your name, address, email, and phone number
• A brief description for service

Repair Process:

• Repairs typically take 1–3 days.
• If applicable, you will receive an invoice for the repair.
• Return shipping costs will also be invoiced.
